11. What happens if my package cannot be delivered?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. If our delivery partners are unable to deliver the package even after three attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, no refunds will of shipping fee be entertained. Please ensure that the shipping address provided includes the correct mobile number to avoid delivery issues.
12. What is the return policy for damaged or defective products?
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify the Brewing Gadgets support team within 24 hours of delivery. To receive a replacement or refund, the product should be returned in its original packaging. We also request that you record a short video while unboxing the product, especially if it is a glassware item. This will help us speed up the process on our end.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be purchased from brewinggadgets.com within 7 days of delivery, with intact original packaging and tags, and must not have been used. However, certain categories such as Cleaning, Scale & Cupping, Accessories, Service books online, Spare Parts, Consumables, Customised products, special bulk orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
14. How can I initiate an exchange request for a product with quality issues or defects?

Provide the order number, transaction date, delivery address, and images of the defective item along with its packaging. Our team will investigate and revert within 3 working days.
15. What is the process for exchanging a product with quality issues or defects?
Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags and box. We will organize a reverse pick-up at no additional charge. Upon receipt at our warehouse, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines. If a replacement is unavailable within 15 days, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.
16. How do I initiate an exchange for a wrong product received?
Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, labels, tags, etc., and our courier partner will collect the product.
17. What is the refund policy for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets?
We have 7 days refund policy if the product is not used and in original condition, moreover a transaction charges and shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
18. What is the warranty period for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets?
The warranty period is applicable upon retaining the invoice as proof of purchase and extends to the repair/replacement of the same/similar product design and quality. The warranty does not exceed the MRP of the product.
19. How can I claim warranty service for a product purchased from Brewing Gadgets?
To claim warranty service, contact Customer Care via email at care@brewinggadgets.com. The product invoice must be produced as a prerequisite for processing any complaints during the warranty period.
20. What does the warranty cover for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets?
The warranty includes the cost of repairing or replacing parts related to the product’s design and quality. For commercial machines and grinders, it also covers the service engineer’s visit fee if they are still under warranty. However, the warranty does not cover any issues caused by electrical failures or improper use that goes beyond the guidelines provided in the user manual.
21. Are there any additional charges associated with warranty service from Brewing Gadgets?
Change of any accessory not covered under warranty is charged at full price. Additionally, services conducted on machines due to electrical failures are not covered under the warranty, and the required spares will be billed separately.
22. What situations or use cases are not covered by the warranty offered by Brewing Gadgets?
The warranty does not cover deterioration due to wear and tear, damage from chemicals or corrosion, customer mishandling, tampering, improper usage against the user manual instructions, Acts of God, or electrical failures. Additionally, warranty is void if the product serial number is damaged or removed, or if the product is used commercially despite being designated for non-commercial (personal) use only.
23. Can I get a refund for a product bought during the sale if it is defective?
